| Wisconsin Trauma Care System aligns care
facilities and EMS agencies into nine regions based on existing
patient referral patterns and transfer patterns.
Each Regional Trauma Advisory Council (RTAC) is responsible
for design, implementation and evaluation of a regional trauma
system responsive to the unique needs and resources of that
region.
