The Wisconsin Trauma Care System is dedicated to reducing the death, disability and suffering that result from traumatic injuries and mass casualty events by providing a comprehensive and integrated system of statewide prevention and trauma care resources throughout the continuum of care. Hospitals, EMS professionals, health care providers, health departments, public safety organizations, service organizations and others are working together statewide to continuously improve the care of trauma patients, save lives, and reduce the number of traumatic injuries.
